The Just a Minute Film Festival will honor visual productions that are one minute or less in length. It will be open to anyone with access to any type of visual recording device, be it camera, phone, computer or whatever. The submitted productions will be shown on WinCAM and will be streamed through JustAMinute.tv. Festival winners will be determined by viewers. In order to vote, one must view a predetermined number of shorts.
